Hi! I´m 46 years and I write music. One of my best songs ever, "The Only Special One", is out here (search for: "Magnus Carlson"). The person that the camera (Channel 5) zooming in is me! The song (demoversion) has also been played on Radio WFMU in New York, it "knocked" the producer so he couldn´t say a word afterwards (see the video on my favorites!) - it´s out on the net! My grandfather, Rudolf Walin (1820-1868), was a famous operasinger who sang with Jenny Lind at the Royal Theatre in Stockholm for about 150 years ago. I believe that he could have been a secret son to the Swedish king: Karl XIV Johan! He´s sister, Amalia Walin (1825-1896), sang folkmusic and gave conserts in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Helsingfors. I have write a book about all fantastic things I have found in our family, I hope to give it out soon! In summer 2000 I released my first album: "Juniskären" (folkmusic).
