If you are smart you don't spark up in the lawn away from the stage where there is less people and not early on into the event when the police are out in force. By 4:20 by the stage there's not much chance of getting in trouble because everybody is smoking. I go every year and never got busted there but I'm careful and wait to 4:20 in the big crowd near the stage or in a car, alley a short walk away...

the peace/marijuana rally thing sounds preety cool except for the ppl getting arrested thats just retarded doesn't the rally fall under the freedom of speech/belief amendment

lalala, next year will be a celebration, I'm hoping. It's our 20th annual Freedom Rally and we have the marijuana decrim ballot initiative on Nov. 4th, so next year is a great year to come, they might just be handing out fines instead of arresting people.
