It also took an endless time until Germany was accepted. Anyway, I didn't applied because of getting featured or promoted nor because of the SenseAd thingy. Because of non-profit music licenses I won't be able to activate it and my vlogs has way too less views to reach the amount for the first payment. To be honest I didn't really expect to get accepted because my videos have so less views ... just a few have great views. I also agree they should offer it to every country. As far as you're using your own material it should be open to everyone.
