Oh, sorry about that, wasn't quite sure what you meant. Alright, so each pokemon is different. IVs are what we refer to as individual values in stats that each pokemon has. A pokemon can have between 1 and 31 IVs in every stat. Having 31 IVs is about as rare as having a shiny. Likewise, the more IVs a poke has in its stat, the higher that stat would be as it levels up. A lot of people use something called an IV battle to check the pokemon's IVs using an IV calculator. Sorry if you don't understand, I suck at teaching anyways, please check Marriland's forums for more info.
