Religion does not have a monopoly over reading the "holy" scriptures. Reading the bible in its original language, without running to comfort or using pre-interpreted translations.

We should always remember, that the simplest explanation is usually the most logical one. Don't neglect physics, it can do you good in avoiding digging a hole while arguing with creationism.
