I love cooking and enjoy trying new dishes. I cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. I also love to eat out.

My goal is to keep the authentic taste but make the whole process simple. All the dishes that I have shown are exactly the way I would cook it for my daily food. There is no right or wrong way, you can find the same dish cooked different ways. I myself try it different ways before I settle on one.
